2.Applications:The products are used for control rod, shock absorber, transmission shaft, steering axle, front and rear axle, stabilizer rod, muffler and replacement parts for varieties of middle and high class carsand business cars.

4.Specifications: diameter 6mm to 168 mm;thickness: 1.2 to 30 mm; length:4m and above;or can modified specifications according to customer requirements.
5.Packing:Hexagonal bundles of max. 2,000kg with 6 steel strips bundles, black paint coating,beveld ends or plain.Caps both ends.
6.Delivery tollerance:+-10%,or +-8% or +-5%of total quantity and amount.
7.EN 10305 Precision Steel Tubes  Test:Chemical Component Analysis,Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation),Technics Properties(Flattening Test,Bending Test,Hardness Test,strike Test,etc), Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive Test,Hydrostatic Test.
8.These tubes are manufactured according to EN 10305-1.All aspects such as mechanical properties and dimension tolerances highly conform to the requirements of diesel engine tube.In view of oil tube's special quality requirements,we use high quality raw material St34.2, St35, St37,St37.4, St45, St52 which is better in mechanical properties regarding elongation rate,tensile strength, especially high pressure resistance.
